CANCELLATION POLICY

FOR TRAININGS AND WORKSHOPS

Cancellation must be made in writing to trnireland@gmail.com

• All deposits paid to secure a place on a training are non-refundable
• Cancellations made 8 weeks or more prior to a training / workshop will be refunded (excluding deposits)
• Cancellations made 4 – 8 weeks prior to a training / workshop will be 50% refunded
• Cancellations made 4 weeks or less prior to a training / workshop will not be refunded.  Non- attendance without notification forfeits the fee.
• In the unlikely event of Trauma Response Network Ireland having to cancel / reschedule a training / workshop you will be refunded payment in full of all fees and will be notified of an alternative date.

Trauma Response Network Ireland reserves the right to refuse someone entry to a training / workshop where:

• The attendee has not met the entry criteria for the training / workshop
• It is felt that a person’s presence might impact negatively on the group dynamics or the safety within the group or the quality of the training / workshop itself
• Payment in full has not been received in advance of the training / workshop by payment deadline.
