Professor Derek Farrell MBE – President Trauma Response Network Ireland.

Professor Derek Farrell MBE is a Professor in Trauma Psychology & Veteran Affairs, Northumbria University UK, an EMDR Therapy Europe Accredited Senior Trainer and Consultant, a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society, and an Accredited Psychotherapist with the British Association of Cognitive & Behavioural Psychotherapies (BABCP). He is President of Trauma Aid Europe, Chair of the EMDR Europe Practice Committee, Scientific Advisor to the Board of Trauma Aid Germany and Honarary President of Trauma Response Network Ireland. He is involved in a number of Humanitarian Trauma Capacity Building programmes in Pakistan, Turkey, India, Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia, Lebanon, Poland, Philippines, Palestine and Iraq.

Johnny Moran – National Director Trauma Response Network Ireland

Johnny Moran is Clinical Director of Open Minds Centre in Dublin  a clinic specialising in treatment of Trauma and PTSD.   Johnny is an accredited EMDR Europe Trainer, Consultant Supervisor, an accredited EMDR Europe Child & Adolescent Consultant Supervisor, accredited EMDR Institute Training Facilitator, an accredited Supervisor and integrative psychotherapist with IAHIP (Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapists), accredited counsellor with IACP (Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and ICP (Irish Council of Psychotherapy).  He is a board certified hypnotist and certified instructor with National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH) and is a trained Jungian Sandplay therapist.

Johnny serves on the boards of Trauma Aid Europe and EMDR All-Ireland Association.  He also served on the Finance Committee of Ireland’s largest professional counselling body IACP 2017 – 2020.
